DSI's Student Leadership pathway is fundamentally about service, nurturing leaders who embody our core R.I.S.E. values. Students embark on a clear developmental journey, beginning with foundational roles that build self-awareness and responsibility. As they progress, they can take on significant positions within our three leadership pillars. The Student Council gives them a voice to shape school life and represent their peers, while the House Council focuses on building an inclusive community and vibrant school spirit across all grades. Through Co-Curricular Activities, students explore their passions, develop specific talents, and learn to collaborate effectively.

Throughout this journey, students are supported by dedicated faculty mentors and learn through practical experience, from organising events to guiding younger students. This comprehensive approach ensures our leaders are not just skilled organisers but reflective individuals who understand the importance of serving their community responsibly. The ultimate aim is to empower every student to make a meaningful contribution, both within our school and as future scholars, leaders, and global citizens.
