The Principal's Dialogue initiative is a cornerstone of our talent development programme, strategically utilising weekly School and Division Assembly time to foster a culture of open communication. It provides a dedicated platform for students to voice their ideas directly to school leadership through dynamic formats such as panel discussions and debates. Looking ahead, the project is evolving towards a student-led model, where representatives from CCAs and Houses will facilitate dialogues, further enhancing student ownership and leadership skills.
