The House System at Desheng School (International) embodies the school's values by providing every student with opportunities to develop social, intellectual, physical and practical skills through House activities. Students are assigned to one of four Houses upon entry and remain with their House throughout their school journey. Each House has elected House Captains who coordinate teams, organise activities, and represent their peers throughout the year. The Inter-House Shield of Honour Championship instils a sense of achievement, loyalty, pride and belonging, fostering both individual and collective responsibility among students. This system creates a vibrant community where students from different grades connect and collaborate, developing leadership skills and a strong sense of identity within the school community.
