We are thrilled to announce a landmark moment for DSI: the launch of our pioneering S Subject Programme.
This new academic initiative is designed to stretch and inspire our most motivated students, taking them beyond the standard curriculum. Its focus is on cultivating deep learning skills and advanced research capabilities, preparing scholars for future academic leadership and challenges such as subject Olympiads.
Led by a dedicated team of our most experienced faculty – including subject leaders and mentors across disciplines – the S Subject Programme underscores DSI’s commitment to our three strategic priorities: Developing a broad, balanced and coherent curriculum, Facilitating teachers’ competencies, and Optimising systems and structures. It represents a forward-thinking approach to education, one that champions critical thinking, intellectual dialogue, and student-led inquiry.
Participation in the programme is by invitation, following a holistic review of each student’s academic achievements, personal conduct, leadership, and service. This ensures a cohort of learners who are not only able but ready to embrace challenge and contribute to a culture of ambition.
