General Science teacher

Requirements: 

●       At least a degree in any Sciences (or related major) from an established University 

●       Teacher training qualifications, e.g. Post-graduate Certificate/Diploma in Education preferred

●       Must be familiar with the IB's Learner Profile and Approaches to Learning

●       Familiar with the Cambridge IGCSE and/or IB Diploma Programme curriculum and assessment

●       Fluent in English, must be able to deliver curriculum teaching in English, overseas graduates are preferred. 

●       Self-motivated and current on trends in your chosen field, passionate about developing students' interest in Science, helping students reach their full potential

●       Can work well in a team while contributing ideas and sharing course materials;

IGCSE/IBDP/A-level Mathematics teacher

Requirements: 

●       Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant major. 

●       Minimum 2 years of full-time working experience in schools. 

●       Experience guiding IBDP students’ EEs and IAs is preferred. 

●       Fluent in English, must be able to deliver curriculum teaching in full English, overseas graduates are preferred. 

●       Flexibility to undertake more than one grade level.

●       Be flexible, and assist with any other duties, tasks or jobs as may be reasonably requested by the management.  

IBDP TOK teacher

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Theory of Knowledge (TOK) teacher at Guangdong Shunde Desheng School (International). We are seeking a dynamic individual who can inspire students and facilitate engaging discussions around the foundations of knowledge, critical thinking, and interdisciplinary learning.

As the TOK teacher, you will be responsible for:

●       Planning and delivering TOK lessons that challenge students to explore and reflect on the nature of knowledge and the process of knowing

●       Fostering a classroom environment that encourages intellectual curiosity, open-mindedness, and the evaluation of diverse perspectives

●       Guiding students through the TOK exhibition and essay requirements, providing feedback and support

●       Collaborating with colleagues across subject areas to facilitate interdisciplinary connections and TOK integration

●       Participating actively in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your TOK teaching practice

The ideal candidate will possess:

●       An advanced degree in a relevant field and IBO training of at least Cat 2 level

●       Substantial experience teaching the TOK course

●       A deep understanding of the IB Diploma Program and TOK curriculum

●       Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage students in a variety of learning formats and discussion techniques

●       Ability to deliver the lessons in English language 

●       A commitment to student-centered, inquiry-based learning approaches

●       Collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of educators

Art, Design and Media Teacher

The ideal candidate is an accomplished educator who meets this three-point criteria:

1. Proven expertise in teaching both Cambridge A-Level Art & Design and IBDP Visual Arts syllabi, with a strong personal portfolio.

2. Verifiable skills in lesson planning, differentiated instruction, classroom management, and assessment. All instruction must be delivered fluently in English.
